STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COURSE

$50 per session / 8 Session commitment 

Tuesdays at 6:30 PM 

Sundays at 9.30 AM

Max class size: 4 people

The course begins with a baseline workout to determine your individual level. From that point, we will set milestones that are pertinent to your specific goals. This is not your average group exercise class, think personal training with friends!
